Are you familiar with Body Pump?
Get to know this sport and find out if it suits you.
BODYPUMP™ is a sports discipline that was created in Australia about ten years ago by the Les Mills chain, promoter of activities like BODYCOMBAT™ BODYJAM™ or BODYSTEP™
It is a practice combining aerobic exercise typical of a step or aerobics class with bodybuilding exercises, which break down glycogen and fatty deposits.
The classes last 50-60 minutes, to music and rhythm, to help avoid the boredom of a weight session in the gym, and they manage to combine several disciplines to create a complete exercise programme.
